Stone Umbrella locates at the coast 10 kilometers to the north of Changkang Township, and it is a 1 kilometer long cape extends into the sea. A relatively thin and long rock, reaching upwards to jack up a piece of a larger rock to form a special balanced structure that looks like an umbrella, so it is called Stone Umbrella. Changkang fishing port is also known as New Fishing Port which is well known for its fresh sea catch and dried fish; it is one of the few fishing ports in Taiwan that can supply the fresh catch of the day. Todays innovative course is Sea Food and Chinese Cabbage Rolls.
