Spring is a good time for sea fishing and many people go fishing in the northeast coast of Taiwan; they create different scenery of the costal region. Coming from different places, they enjoy and focus on fishing. However, if one would like to enjoy sea fishing aboard a ship, then he or she must apply for a "Fishing Permit" before going aboard for fishing; each permit is valid for three years.
