Note: The total number of the staff of the COA and its affiliated agencies for 2006 was 8,658. Among them, 4,564 were governmental employees, 206 hired employees, 246 contracted employees, 9 security guards, 2,956 technicians, 253 drivers, and 424 laborers. For the COA itself, the total number of the staff was 429. Among them, 332 were governmental employees, 15 hired employees, 10 contracted employees, 9 security guards, 17 technicians, 31 drivers, and 15 laborers.
