3. Promulgated phase two of the incentive plan to encourage ship owners to follow the Employment Services Law when hiring foreign crew for fishing vessels weighing below 100 tons.

4. During ICCAT’s 16th Special Meeting of the Commission, cooperating Status of Chinese Taipei was renewed and the commission will allow the active and equal participation of Chinese Taipei in the work of the ICCAT in the future.
